We provide lead sources, both free and paid as well as training on how to use them. If you decide to use any paid lead sources, we pass them along to you at cost. And if you choose to use them, we suggest that you get your first 1 or 2 referrals under your belt so that you always playing on house money. Most agents will not need paid leads. The free sources along with our training works very well. Also, we will pass out leads that come through corporate to those who are showing themselves to be consistent and productive.

What is the average closing ratio?

This question is asked alot and it's a 2 part answer. The first part has to do with getting past the gate keepers and getting to the decision makers. That ratio is dependent on you and your persistance and will vary from agent to agent. Once you get this information in front of a decision maker, the closing ratio is around 80%. If you can follow our training and do this effectively, you can make a very respectable, professional level income that will make some people jealous.
